It included modifying plumbing, furnace ductwork, drywall and even moving some electrical around. It came out very nice and he was able to meet a tight schedule for us. He is honest and hard working. Roy from RS Construction recently did a partial remodel in the bathroom of our rental home. He pulled out the tub and made the area a shower. He also addressed issues with the floor which was rotting through in spots. He also assisted us with some venting issues and a small leak in the roof.
